Return Policy

  • All items must be unworn, unaltered & returned in original condition with tags attached and returned within 10 days of your purchase date. Sage Tree will have the final say if the exchange or refund is granted or denied. All refunds will be granted in the form of a digital gift card which can be used in-store or online. 
  • Returns will be issued as refunds in the form of a digital gift card. You will be issued your digital gift card via e-mail within 3 business days of your return at our warehouse.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Returns must be received within 10 calendar days of receiving your order. For returned items past the 10-day return period, a 25% restocking fee will be subtracted from the store credit given. The 10 days starts from the day the order was received by the customer. Returns that are older than 15 days will be rejected, and you will be contacted to have them shipped back to you at your expense.
  • All defective merchandise must be reported within 5 days of receiving. Merchandise that has been washed cannot be accepted for store credit.
*Sage Tree Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking information reports the package is delivered to the provided address. Please contact your local USPS for help on recovery of packages reported delivered via your tracking email. If you choose local delivery you will be notified via e-mail or text that your package has been delivered and we will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages.
